Alesha players…tell me your secrets plz!

I’m working on a Standard Rakdos MR deck and have populated it with various high value creatures like Cavern Bat, Jasper Flint, Gix, Screaming Nemesis, and of course, Alesha.

First iteration of the deck is quite disappointing performance wise. Anyone have experience with Alesha and have some tips on maximizing her value?

I understand it won’t be tier 1, I just want to try to make Alesha work in Standard!
